I switched to sundance pest control over a year ago and I am very happy with my decision. I have the bi monthly service and their technician is always on time, friendly, and assists me with any issues or questions I may have. They have rescheduled for me multiple times when I asked them too without hesitation.
I have talked to the owner many times about the different types of scorpions and ants as I have show dogs. I worry about them being stung and bitten. Chris is very knowledgeable and helpful on what I can use at home that will not be harmful to my show dogs . I always recommend them to others and I believe you'll be happy with your service from sundance. Give this business a chance. You might be pleasantly surprised. We have used Sundance for the past year and they have been consistently above my expectations for a "bug guy".First of all, they are excellent at communicating. Their office person is on the ball. We get a reminder the day before, a call before coming over, and an emailed statement and receipt after the visit. I have needed to reschedule or change my service (indoor/outdoor or just outdoor) and each time I reach out she is friendly and easy to work with.The folks that come out are thorough and friendly too. For a while I'm pretty sure it was a 1 man show, but lately I have gotten a couple of other folks and they are equally good. Sometimes you see a decline in service...read full review
