Recent reviews show that the service is generally great, with some concerns about pricing and the number of workers sent. One customer felt the price was very expensive for the amount of items moved, despite sending three guys with a truck, and questioned why the third person was needed if they didn't move anything. Another reviewer highly recommends Rambo 121, praising their quick scheduling, professionalism, friendliness, and punctuality during a two-day local move. They expressed strong support for the company and plan to use their services again for future moves and junk removal. A third customer shared that their move from California to Arizona was handled well from start to finish, with staff answering all questions, arriving on time, and taking good care of fragile items and antiques. They appreciated the clear communication and reliable service, calling Rambo 121 very affordable and trustworthy.
