The individual that cut my hair decided not to hear my preference for my hair and gave me what she thought I needed, which was a military haircut(high and tight) I'll be returning here again and see if they made a mistake or that's just business as usual.
My husband and I went to this salon for the first time this morning. We arrived just as they were opening for the day. Trina cut my hair and Stephanie cut my husband's. Lenora is so awesome!!! She provides great customer service and is consistent in her services. I have never walked away dissatisfied and I believe it’s because she has capitalized on her skills at what she does.
