Contacted Lou on Father's Day as our 2 1/2yr old new build AC went out, of course outside of the builders 2 year warranty. Lou sent Chris out the following day and diagnosed the air handler motor burned out. They checked with Trane and the part was covered under their warranty but we would still need to pay for the installation. Lou ordered the part from Florida, which arrived on Thursday, Chris said they got it right from the delivery truck and they came right over to install it and a couple hours later, we finally had cold air blowing again! Lou, Chris and the entire AC Squad were great and we highly recommend them. I would have gladly paid to overnight the part myself or maybe someone could have picked up that bill, but we waited 3 days for it to arrive. Other than that, no real issues, thanks AC Squad! Looking forward to using them for our regular AC maintenance.
I cannot recommend this company enough! Ac squad saved us from this heat in AZ. They were able to come out promptly & fixed my AC on the spot! Customer service & communication was excellent! Mickey was SO pleasant every time I spoke to her! They were able to get out to my house a week before ANY of my home warranty vendors could! Even though I couldn’t get reimbursed, I am a total satisfied customer & every dime I paid WAS SO WORTH it! We have a baby in the home & needed emergency services! Always get a 2nd or 3rd professional estimate/diagnosis! The team at A/C Squad is about honesty and integrity. These firefighters saved us $2,000 after a different A/C company claimed that our fan blower was testing out of the normal ranges and needed to be replaced.
The A/C Squad completely inspected and tested our entire A/C system and stated that everything tested normal. We were disgusted with the other company, and it turns out that this particular company was working for the intended company that we hired, but the intended company apologized for what happened and refunded the service call diagnosis fee after learning that the tests that A/C Squad ran showed...read full review
