While spending the day in Bisbee I decided last minute to get a massage. Fortunately, Anne Marie quickly responded to my text and let me know she was able to accommodate my last minute appointment. I've had a lot of massages before and this one was one of the better ones. Besides being a great massage, there were a few things in particular that impressed me to make this an exceptional experience: - When asked if the pressure was ok and I said yes, she followed up with: if the pressure was perfect would it be deeper or lighter? - She left some time at the end of the massage and asked if there were any specific areas I'd like some extra attention on before my session was over - There was a small mirror in the room, which may not seem like a big deal, but as a female with short hair my hair tends to stick up after a massage so it's nice that I can do a quick 'hair check' before leaving. (I found many places don't have a mirror in the room.) Overall, a great experience and when I'm back in Bisbee I'd visit again.

Hi. As a business owner, all I can say is this is how business should be done daily. Came to Bisbee for a personal self care weekend. Great customer service on every level. Ann asked a series of questions to gain a clear understanding of my wants and needs. I appreciated her desire to satisfy me. I received a deep tissue massage. Ann's hands are magic. Best massage ever!
