Outstanding! We took our catahoula leopard dog here for a chronic ear issue because our regular doctor was booked. Dr Perkins didn't treat it as our previous vet had, instead wanting to find out if it wasn't an allergy and if so, we could treat it differently than how it's been treated in the past, and perhaps it won't be recurring. My husband and I felt this was a better approach and greatly appreciated his expertise! I think we may not go back to our previous vet, as we felt comfortable here. The staff was accommodating and friendly, ushering Teddy into a room right away so he wouldn't have any confrontations with other dogs. Definitely a five-star... read full review

We live in Phx and have a 2nd home in Bisbee and had to bring in our 7 year lab mix while we were staying in Bisbee for a week. Angus had a Hematoma in his ear. Our vet in Phx said it would be $1,100 to $1,300 to have it surgically removed but that it could wait. His ear got worse when we were in Bisbee so we took him to Mule Moutain Animal Hospital. They were able to get him in for evaluation the next day and instead of surgery said they could drain it, and gave us some anti-imflamatory pills, the office visit, procedure and pills were $107. The Husband wife team were incredible, so kind and compassionate. I highly recommend this vet to anyone in the Southern AZ area.... read full review

Best experience ever!!!! Dr. Perkins and his team were outstanding in care, service, and expertise! I am so grateful that I found this office. I am in from out of town and have a dog with a chronic injury who I ran out of her pain medication for. My chainstore veterinarian refused to see us and refill the prescription, but was happy to take my monthly payment for national vet care.... so I found Dr. Perkins and he worked us in same day, gave my pup a thorough exam, provided me with the medication, had very reasonable prices, and educated me on the proper dose for my dog! (* The other veterinarian had me under dosing my dog leaving her to limp!) I am so grateful for every... read full review
