Travis came out and conducted a very thorough inspection and cleaning. Travis was very knowledgeable about the heating and cooling unit and offered photos of potential future issues that may arise. I highly recommend them.

We had our new HAVC unit installed several months ago and Alpha Home Services was amazing about reminding us about scheduling the winter checkup to our heat pump (included with our unit FYI). Travis & Woody were very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Actually noticing an issue with our hot water that needed to be addressed or would have cause major flooding. Travis was great in assisting with questions that have come up with our new HVAC Unit. And even help us in make our unit run more efficiently and quieter. I recently called Alpha Home Services / Alpha Service LLC after hearing about their Aeroseal duct sealing option, and wow — it absolutely lived up to the hype.
From the very first conversation, their team was professional, responsive, and clearly experienced. When they arrived, they inspected my HVAC system with care and took time to explain how leaks and gaps in ductwork can dramatically reduce efficiency and comfort. They then proceeded with the Aeroseal process, sealing all the major leaks from inside the ductwork.
