I recently had the pleasure of working with Alpha Home Services, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the moment I called, their team was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. They were able to schedule a technician to come out quickly, and the technician arrived right on time, fully equipped to handle the issue. Not only was the service efficient, but the technician also took the time to explain the problem in detail and offered honest recommendations, which I really appreciated. The work was completed fast, and the area was left spotless. I also want to mention their customer service, which went above and beyond. They kept me informed throughout the process and followed up afterward to ensure everything was working perfectly. I have a 3 year old hot water heater and HVAC system, that were acting up. I called the company who installed it and was told I would need to replace the units again with nothing covered by warranty. I called Alpha to get an estimate. They had someone out the same day to look at the water heater. He made some small adjustments and it was lit and still running a few months later. A couple days after that we paid their minimal diagnostic fee, on the HVAC. They explained what was going on and what we could do to help the hvac work better. I can’t even tell you how great their professionalism and service is! I was about to be charged thousands of dollars at the shop in Sierra Sierra. Alpha’s frees were a fraction of the other company’s quote. They even have a seasonal maintenance plan!
