The grounds look sad...5 years ago this was a pretty apartment place green grass a CLEAN pool. But now all gone..weeds everywhere and the pool is dirty. Kinda looks like no landscaping at all.

Very nice looking from the outside, but the cleanup they were supposed to do before I move in was somewhat lacking. I was a little disappointed with the for cleaning inside and outside but other than that it seems like a pretty nice place compared to the place I am living currently which is Rise at The presere,at 15th avenue and Glendale avenue in Phoenix

Was Really Sketchy, Trashy when I First Saw Them.I Have Noticed They are Starting to Clean up the Complex, Especially the Common Areas,It Seems to be A Whole Lot Cleaner then it Was..I was impressed at the work they have done.
