I absolutely hate receiving their mail for a “Parcel on hold” i haven’t even been my house for 2 months and god I get 2 every damn week.
Holy smokes, I cant believe this many people also came here. I thought I was over reacting. These guys are sending out these mailers that immediately make you think you have missed a package. The use of the word Parcel is very intentional. What they want to send you is a water test kit. If youre in phoenix you need a softener. Check out 123 filter dot com. I got carbon and sediment filters and an excellent softener, including all the materials I spend 1600 bucks and installed it myself. very straight forward. I called out cullagans and they wanted 5500 bucks lol. Doubt these people are much better.
Sends post card pretending you missed a package. What a terrible and unethical marketing tactic. (I've received about 10 of these fake missed package notices in 4 months)
