After two LaCie external hard drives crashed, I was quoted hundreds of dollars by data recovery companies just to diagnose and extract my data. Thankfully, I found ICN Computer Technologies and worked with Ivan Espinoza. I dropped off both drives on Thursday, and by Friday he had completed the diagnostics and provided an honest, low-cost solution I could do myself. From the very beginning, Ivan showed true integrity—he was upfront about there being no charge for the inspection and genuinely wanted to help. Because of him, I was able to recover my clients’ wedding photos. Thank you, Ivan, and thank you ICN Computer Technologies for saving the day.
Ivan is very knowledgeable and great to work with. I am not very good with computers and I needed a hard drive added because I ran out of room on my first hard drive. Ivan took his time explaining everything and how things would work after the new hard drive was installed. His level of professionalism was outstanding.
