Office is very spacious and clean. Dr. Wong is very knowledgeable and answered any questions and concerns that I had. Bill helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that I am happy with! I worked with Felix when they were ready for pick up. Felix was nice and very personable! He made sure my glasses fit just right and made any adjustments before I left. Very happy with the overall office staff.
Bill is absolutely amazing. He has so much patience and compassionate. He helped my 85 year old mother with her glasses and he made the experience wonderful. My mom asked a lot of questions and Bill had so much knowledge. I know he has worked there a long time but having such great customer service can't be taught.Thank you Bill!!
