My AC stopped working during the night and a friend recommended Three Phase to me as she had been very pleased with the service and the price. I am also very pleased with the quick service and expert advice. I have had other companies come out and try to sell me a whole new unit when I had them out for cleaning and a check up. New unit would have been 10K. Three Phase came out and the fix was well under $700. I would recommend this honest company for everyone who has an AC.

I had an emergency on an extremely chilly, damp Sunday, with a weather forecast of a 'hard' freeze warning in the early hours of the following Monday & Tuesday. The response was almost immediate in helping me (on Sunday). Renee went well above and beyond to insure that Three Phase Mech. did not let the customer down. This lady is an excellent representative of this company and thanks to her and other quality employees like her, I have been and will continue to be a customer of TPM for many years to come.
