So my grandmother recently passed away and my family and I contacted this funeral home and the young lady who works at this funeral home with no hesitation. Help me make the arrangements give us all the information we needed to know helped us with everything paperwork phone calls everything you could possibly both they went above and beyond to accommodate us Helped us with all the paperwork, swiftly picked up my grandmother‘s remains and make sure everything was done abruptly and to our accommodations, kept us in the loop with everything possible accommodations that they have provided for us were perfect i’m not even gonna say very, possibly the best funeral home... read full review
All the staff is very friendly and supportive they are reasonably priced and we wouldn't take our loved ones any where but here Donte was especially amazing!! He should get a pay raise because he goes above and beyond he was so kind and very compassionate we couldn't have gone to a better place thank you!
In a little over a year I lost my mother in late 2023 followed by my father in January this year. My father passed unexpectedly and suddenly. With me being in Illinois, I was very overwhelmed from not only losing my father so soon after losing my mother but also needing to get to Arizona quickly to finalize his affairs. Superstition Cremation and Funeral Services made the process so easy for me. They walked me through each step, were professional but caring and kept me informed of when he was cremated, when he was shipped to me, etc. They even accommodated my request of being able to see my father since I was not able to make it to see him before he passed.
