My AC went out today after 530pm, 107⁰ temps. I called Scott and he and Seth arrived in 30 minutes! Worked on my ancient 31 year old AC Unit and had it running in no time. So thankful for the fast & caring after hours service, you dont find many businesses these days that will go out of the way for a last minute after hours call. People say find a small family owned AC company, and this is who they talk about, a father & son duo. I’ve known Scott for years, but this was my first time having him repair my A/C. I’ve always refused to go with big name companies with salesmen as “technicians” billboards & commercials for advertising.
The AC stopped working and I called him ASAP. He diagnosed it, got the correct part direct from Trane, then had my air cold again 30 minutes later!
