From making the appointment to having the appointment was stress free. All the staff from the gentleman on the phone to the front end office staff, the MA, and Nancy the NP I seen they were all polite explained everything to me. Nancy really is a gem she took the time to go over my history, gave me a through run down of what to expect being a new patient at Stripes. I finally feel I have found a doctor's office where everyone genuinely cares for my health ?
The receptionist and NP are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I never have to wait very long to be seen. Rakhi takes her time to ask questions and answer all mine. They have a lab in Apache Junction where you can just walk in to have lab work done and it’s very convenient.
When I asked to check my ears,I felt it very unprofessional to just turn on a light of a cell phone to look. I felt more information would be helpful as a patient of things to do and not do for COVID.
