R and S tore off my rolled roofing, repaired a bad section, fixed a wrongly-installed AC, and spray foamed my roof, parapets, and parapet tops. I had 6 other estimates, and was happy that the most experienced team was not the most expensive. R and S keeps a high bond at the ROC, and have been licensed there for 19 years. They gave me references, I saw their work firsthand, they took time to explain everything, answered all questions, and worked with me to maintain ventilation for my multi-partitioned unique construction. R&S roofing has went above and beyond! Prompt, excellent communication and good pricing. I cannot recommend them enough! Full roof take down and replaced within a day! Tammy is the best!!!
