Edit, original post was my mistake: I spoke with David at Phoenix metro towing and he sent me pictures that were taken before the car was moved from the parked location and after it was dropped at Tesla. The damage had to have been done after they had their hands on the car. I appreciate the EXTREMELY FAST reply and handling of the situation. It means a lot to handle a concern professionally. I should have reached out to them before posting a review but I wasn’t the one that called them for service, Tesla was. So I didn’t think it would help. Use these guys for any towing needs, they have this mastered.
Owen was awesome. If you’re having a rough day Owen will surely help you out to get you on better roads. His quick and experienced hookups are quick and friendly. Would recommend their towing service

What a difference. Last time I needed roadside assistance Tesla sent Professional Towing and Recovery llc. They took 3 hours to arrive because they drove for 90mins the opposite way. Then scratched my rim. Then I had to chase them for 4 months to repair my rim.
We had the absolute best and humane experience with Phoenix Metro Towing today. We stayed in touch the whole time and on top of that they provide a real time tracking on the map so you know where they are.
Also they know how to work on Teslas so they won’t scratch your rim.
Word of advice if Tesla tries to schedule you with Professional Towing ask them... read full review
