Super fast, great price and awesome service. TYLER is the man!! After waiting nearly 3 hours for AAA to schedule a tow, we called Phoenix Metro Towing and with in 15 minutes Tyler has us loaded up and on the way to a tire shop. Great dude !
I had a tire blowout that required a tow near Superior. Called my AAA, they were inept at best, so decided to work directly with Phoenix Metro. They dispatched a truck within minutes, and when the driver, Trevor, got to me it was a very pleasant experience. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't waste any time getting me to where I needed to go which was about an hour away. 5 stars all day long for these guys. Hope I don't need a tow again soon but if I do, they will be the only call I make.
Phx Metro Towing was excellent! Lonnie the driver, and his partner worked tirelessly in their efforts to tow my vehicle. They performed where the other towing company couldn't or wouldn't! Should I need tow service in the future, Phoenix Metro will get my business and referrals. This will also include notification to USAA!
