They ask you what you want done with your fur baby not what they want to do. And they are very loving to your puppy dog. And you get a lot of good services for the price. They are also very nice in greeting you when you walk in the door.

Could not be more pleased with my experience at bark Bath and beyond. Austin did an exceptional job, grooming, my Morky pup and the owner, Cindy, was such a delight.
