Broken door lock stuck in locked position upon arriving to campsite. One of the owners came out to assist & had it opened in a few minutes. Suggested we order a new door lock panel from Amazon & gave us tips to install correctly. Also took a few extra minutes to show us tips on AC unit. We appreciated his honesty, tips, and willingness to help these newbies out! Highly recommend seeking this company out if needed.

I am a first time R.V. van driver who arrived in beautiful Gold Canyon , AZ all the way from Vancouver Canada. Wonderful trip but it was peppered with “ no furnace , no propane “ days & nights. A few very unsatisfactory stops at R.V. repair places along the way that left me disappointed in knowledge & service. And then I called Griffin RV in Apache Junction. A random call that solved my issues within an hour. Impressive knowledge and outstanding customer service. Joseph was wonderful, patient and very kind to a weary traveller. We had our AC blower motor fail during the heatwave ?? in October 2024 and our electrical brakes fail as well while on vacation in Apache Junction. We called Griffin RV and they came the same morning we called. They were able to diagnose that day and repaired and replaced everything we needed the next day. They were very professional and accommodating to our needs so we could go back to enjoying the heatwave with COLD AC❄️ ? and working brakes for when we hit the road again! Thank you guys ??
