Excellent hair cut for both myself and my husband. Great price and staff had great customer service skills. Really like the Great Clips app to sign up and be notified of when to come for the appointment. We will definitely return again when we are back in the east Valley next winter.

A little harsh with the trimmer on the neck. Burned for a while after haircut. Lots of hair down my shirt and made my neck itch. Normally don't have this issue. They were short handed and she was in a hurry to get me done.Service: Haircut

I've been getting my hair cut here as long as they've been open. Only once was I unhappy with the cut, and Shannon made it right.Being able to get on the waiting list online makes such a difference, especially in the winter visitor season.
