I started coming here last year with more than a few dental issues. Multiple root canals, several cavities, and a fair amount of anxiety. I expected to be judged, rushed, and maybe scolded a little. Instead, I met Dr. Phillips and the fantastic team who turned every visit into something positive. Dr. Phillips and the assistant were genuinely friendly every single time. Not in a fake, overly cheerful way, but in a warm, encouraging way that made me feel like I was in good hands. They never once made me feel guilty about the state of my teeth. They treated me like a person, not a problem to fix. They coached me, motivated me, and made me feel like I could actually take control of my dental health. That kind of care and support makes a huge difference when you're sitting in the chair, wondering what went wrong in your flossing life. Somehow, they managed to make even the most dreaded procedures feel manageable. I wouldn’t say I looked forward to root canals, but I definitely stopped fearing them. That alone is a miracle. This has been the best dental experience of my life. I’m honestly a little sad I’m running out of teeth to fix. If you’re on the fence, just go. Excellent care! Dr John Bigler & Assist Holly were my Dynamic Duo yesterday for a crown prep. Dr Bigler is THE BEST EVER at delivering those nasty numbing shots! The procedure went well & I’ll get the perm crown in a couple of weeks. A very professional practice with happy people! From the front desk & throughout the practice it’s a ‘happy vibe’!
