I had an issue with my HVAC unit, the last time it was fixed the technician mentioned that the unit was old and 2 of the components (I think some motor and compresor don't remember well) will soon need to be replaced so he suggested that might be a better option to just buy a new one.
So the day came with a new issue, I thought it was time for a new one, while asking for quotes, Tim called me and suggested to take a look first instead of just replacing the unit, he sent his crew, checked the system, and told it needed a new compressor and re do some connections.

Fix It Frankie is customer friendly and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. The technician came out to our condo when our dinosaur of an AC unit went out. The technician didn't try to up sell my family on a new AC unit. The technician was able to fix the issue but gave us options for the future of our AC unit. I am a teacher and my husband is a Marine Veteran, money is tight. Fix it Frankie is our go to company for any future issues.

Jimmie was so kind and personable! He came out to clean my dryer vent and bathroom vents. He ensured that they were completely clean. He also cleaned up after himself and the area where he worked. He went outside to make sure that there was no blockage from the exterior of the house. I am very happy with my experience with Fix It Frankie and I am seriously considering switching companies to them for my AC maintenance. They are very competitively priced.
