“I’ve lived in Phoenix for 6 months. I tried a different barber every 2 weeks for the first three months, only going to the best reviewed places. Then three months ago, I figured I would give this place a shot because it was close to my work. Best decision ever. These guys are sharp and they take a lot of pride in their work. I’ve had to use 3 different barbers there and everyone has given me an extremely good cut. Sarge and Ismael are great but I doubt there’s a bad barber in the place. Highly recommend“

“I've been getting my hair cut at this store since it opened, I buy 6 month's worth of MVP cuts in advance - a super deal. I've had three stylists over that time. One moved to another location and the other took another job. Sarah cuts my hair for the last year or so; what a pro! When I was working with the previous stylist, I watched Sarah; how she did her job and decided, if my stylist ever leaves, I'm connecting with Sarah. She left and I re-connected. Sarah is skilled, easy to talk to and makes you feel important. There is no other for me. I work my schedule around hers. I've only had one time when I had to wait longer than anticipated and one time where Sarah interrupted my cut to help another stylist. I've learned to check the wait time and adjust my arrival accordingly. This place is amazing; well-run, staffed by friendly, caring, competent stylists. They get an U-Rah from me! By the way, I heard someone was unhappy earlier today. Mistakes can happen, but that's not how they roll here. My advice, give 'em another chance. Heck, if you do, I will donate one of my MVP cuts to you as an incentive. I would do that - not for the gals but for you - in confidence that you will be as pleased and as loyal as I am.“
