Well, my HVAC system finally bit the dust. This crew came in and gave me fabulous recommendations and worked with me on my price! The install crew came in covered my floor to protect it worked all day installing a challenging system and now I’m getting ice cold air! If you have any problems at all with your HVAC system, give these guys a call first thing!

If you value your life, stay away from this so called hospital. Back in the the first of April, while in Wynne, I suddenly developed severe abdominal pain, severe breathing difficulties, and weakness. My wife and mother drove me to the ER there. The nurses in the ER were very rude, hateful, and unprofessional. They acted like it was the worst trouble to bring a wheelchair out to the car and get me, as I was in too much pain to even walk. Once inside, I could hardly talk to tell them to tell them what was going on with me, as I was gasping to breath. The nurses were rude and argumentative with my wife and mother as they begged the nurses and Dr. to do something. The idiotic nurse called the police on my 81 year old mother for making terroristic threats!!! How the heck does an 81 year old woman make terroristic threats??? The Dr., if you can call him a Dr., came in the room, asked a couple of questions, made a smart-ass comment about the church service that I had just attended, and left the room. They couldn't do any lab work because the equipment or computers were down. They were going to have to send the lab work to a hospital in Forest City, and wait for it to come back from there to diagnose my situation. I knew that I couldn't wait for that. The Dr. told my wife that I was having a cardiac issue. I knew that wasn't the problem. So I told my wife and mother to please get me out of there and to another hospital fast!!! The ambulance came and transported me to Jonesboro, where I was immediately taken into emergency surgery for a ruptured abdominal ulcer!!! Even the staff at the hospital in Jonesboro said that if I would have stayed at CrossRidge any longer, I WOULD HAVE DIED!!!
Took my 14 yr old daughter here to get hair cut. Our stylist was Mrs Baylee Brockway. She did a fantastic job!! We will be seeing her again and again and again! Thanks so much!!!

ALL IT TOOK WAS ONE PHONE CALL TO MS SHERRON, SHE ASSISTED ME IN THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK, PHONE CALLS AND ALL THE NECESSITIES TO GET STARTED‼️ NOT KNOWING YOUR NEXT STEPS IS A RELIEF TO HAVE A DEPENDABLE PERSON YOU CAN RELY ON. THANKS FOR ALL YOU DID AND STILL DO FOR ME. I'M SO GRATEFUL ? KNOWING MY NEXT KNEE REPLACEMENT IS COMING UP I'M ALREADY SET UP WITH THE HELP I NEED ? AGAIN, IF ANYONE NEEDS ASSISTANCE, CONTACT SHERRON JOHNSON-MYLES AT THE WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS OFFICE.

This was my first visit. I've been sick for 2 weeks and couldn't shake it. I even waited til 6 PM to finally go. But I got there bout 6:15 and got check in, saw Dr Ashton and got shots and rx's by 6:40 because noone else in the office. This is my PCP but I've just put off changing over til now because it's so hard changing Dr's. But my insurance doesn't cover my previous PCP any longer, so it was time to make the change. The Dr's on duty and the office hours is a big plus. I shall return.
We come here for our haircut needs. Mallory always takes great care of me. I have sensory issues and she is super accommodating. I’ve never had a bad experience here which is unheard of these days! Hubby gets trimmed up by whomever is available and they always do a great job as well.
I ordered an arrangement for my wife's birthday that I was not pleased with when it arrived (my own fault for not reading the details.) I returned the arrangement and asked if I could do something different and was willing to pay the difference. Not only did Hidden Treasures create a new arrangement for the same price I paid, they also delivered a second time free of charge. My wife could not be happier with her flowers and it made her day. I will continue to use Hidden Treasures for all of our special occasions and could not recommend them enough! Thank you so much for making her day special!
