They were sweet at first but idk what happened. I went in twice and couldn’t get any help like I usually do and they are very rude. If you are black you might not want to go here

My son's appointment was early March 2025, almost 3 months and 100 phone calls later, and my son's glasses are still not in. Made an appointment at Walmart vision center for him and he got his glasses 3 days later. It's pretty clear that they favor the white's at julie caldwells office and I know that now. I also know I'll never spend another dime at this place. To my light and dark brown skinned people, don't give these underserving people your money. I recommend Walmart vision center or Hyeman eyecare, it's pretty obvious that both of these places of business care about you no matter your race or skin color.

I called and was left on hold for 15 minutes, until I hung up. I called back it was going to their voicemail so I left a voicemail, no return call. I went to the office because I needed contacts. When I arrived there was a girl sitting right beside the phone doing nothing. I let her know the phone was going to voicemail, she said it was because they were busy and short staffed. The dr that does the examination was standing behind her going through a file, instead of doing an exam, and I also saw at least 2 others talking about their grandchildren. Lol they were extremely busy with no one in the waiting area. My daughter and I won't be going back.
