Friendly staff! They always seem so excited to see you and your pet.I first found them this past summer when I woke up to my 13 year old Cat Gusgus not able to walk or keep any food or water down. Gusgus’ lifelong vet would not see him, instead they told me I would have to go to the emergency vet clinic because they did not have the staff or supplies to see my baby. I called Smithers who I had never worked with before and they got me right in and were so kind to me and Gusgus. Because of how they helped me through that tough time I will forever be a Smithers customer! I recently got my new little man Shorsey and he loves them so far!
Since the new owner has taken over, my wife & I both give Smithers 5stars! We moved from WF but we make that drive for both our ?s & I know alot of people do as well. Between trips to our home, reasonable charges & just pleased with our service in-house, we will continue to support. ?
The staff are friendly and kind and always treat us well. Dr. Smithers is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain things and answer all questions and concerns. It's a bit of a drive for us, but it's worth it!
