Very welcoming, as soon as I walked to the door the Owner greeted me with a friendly smile welcoming into the shop. They spent alot of time decorating and even had fans and windchimes to make the areas feel soothing to this weary summer traveler. Stopped by to place an order to have flowers delivered to my wife for our anniversary. I had no idea what kind or whatever, they were so nice and helpful, showing me many different options and working within my budget. The arrangement was beautiful and delivered on time. My husband sent me flowers from Ballard's for my birthday last week. They were beautiful! She does an amazing job. This is the second time my husband has used Ballard's to send me flowers and he most definitely plans to keep doing business with them.
