If I could give zero stars, I would. I called and the lady hung up on me. Thinking it was a bad connection, I called again, but instead of addressing the situation, she immediately began yelling at me. This was completely unprofessional just damnnnn

All she does is talk, which makes her take longer on my hair. She's always getting distracted, which is annoying, and she always makes my braids too full, so they can't even fit in a ponytail. It's annoying.

If I could give a zero I would definitely don’t recommend this placeThe lady Diane took the money and did half the job on my niece hair ! And Would not give a refund.!!!!!DONT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE !!!!Will also be contacting the BBB to report this monstrosity
