Took my desk top in on 08-11-2025 to get virus out since it was starting to run slow. John told me it would be the next day hopefully to be picked up. He called me at 12:30 to let me know my pc was ready. I went in to pick it up and he told me to stop using Micro Edge and to use Google since Edge wants to marry everything with your i cloud account. My pc is running fast again. If and when I have trouble with my desk top or either of my lap tops I'll be taking them back to John for service. Thank you John for showing me about the Edge and fixing my desk top.

I took my desktop in because it was cycling on and off. I left it there and a day later they called and let me know what was going on and when I could expect my computer back. They even called me when they hit a delay. When I finally picked it up the gentleman explained what was wrong, and charged me a fair price for the work and parts. My experience with them was great and they went above and beyond. I will definitely be back if I have any more problems.

Amazing people and amazing work. I was traveling through Texarkana and I was starting to feel hopeless that I would be able to get my laptop fixed timely. Every place I went told me several days. Although he guaranteed it by the next day it was completed in just a few short hours. The price was lower than many of the other quotes I received. The people there were friendly and warm as well as proffesional. I would highly recommend them. Thank you again for taking my time and needs into consideration.
