my daughters car was stolen and apparently left at a store and this heartless company picked up her car and impounded it. We didn't receive a letter until 5 days later. Within this time she had an accident and had traumatic head injury with a concussion for several days. their letter only mentioned tow fee and storage fee, but when we called them the rude man interrupted me several times when asking what the other fees were. $100 extra. One fee is all I could make out from his shouting was a gate fee. So my daughter goes to get her car and was asking about the fees mind you still has a trobing headache from her concussion they yell at her and his wife calls her stupid several times. I will never use them and I will tell everyone I know to not. Their behavior was horrible and uncalled for.

Their customer service is absolutely horrible and they do not go by Arkansas state laws when it comes to getting your personal items out of your vehicle and they also gouge on their pricing
