Well.. What can I say? I’ve used Mark Luckett as my bondsman for at least 15 years. He’s always fair and does his best to work with you to get your loved one home. He has a good sense of humor and has been known to offer a bit of good advice from time to time lol. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Two tears in a bucket, call Mark Luckett!!
I was hoping to never have to see Mr. Luckett again but he always makes it a more pleasant experience, if that is even possible lol he did what no one thought would be possible and got me out within 4-5 hours of me being checked in! Even at 4 AM he’s still such a fun guy to be around, and even remembered my name and face from our first encounter which I’m not sure if that’s a good or bad thing. Hopefully no one is ever in the position to have to call him, but if you are, he should definitely be your first choice! (:
Let's be honest, if you're using this service you are stressed out, period!! I've used Mark a few times for family members, unfortunately, but he makes an unfortunate situation not so bad with his awesome customer service and awesome fur baby assistant. My last experience with Mark was 8:30 pm on a week night, he didn't treat me like an inconvenience like others have in the past. He had me in and out and on my way in less than an hour. I recommend Mark 100% over other bondsmen in the area.
