They installed our roof five years ago and have gone over and above since then to followup with us, perform inspections, and address any concerns that we presented. Today, Daniel and Shawn but I canresponded to our call to check on loose shingles that the recent winds have caused. Both of these men were very professional and knowledgeable. They corrected that problem and then elected to do full roof and chimney inspection. They even added some sealant to strengthen the resistance to various weather elements. Our opinion of the Cowin Company couldn't be higher!“

This was the part I dreaded most. Would I be able to communicate effectively everything my parents needed in the addition along with everything I wanted in the addition?Would this contractor work with me or want to speak with the man of the house? What I dreaded the most became the most enjoyable hour long conversation I have had in a long time. James actively communicated with me making sure he understood every step of the way what I needed in this build. He was upfront with cost and time lines but without pressure to sign on the dotted line. He answered every question and addressed every concern. He made me look forward to starting this stressful stage of remodeling and now I can’t wait to get started.“

“I have used Holland Roofing for several years now for small repairs on my roof and Steve has always given me a honest cost and advice. This year with the hail storm, I qualified through my insurance for a new roof. I shopped for 4 bids including Holland Roofing but ultimately went with Holland Roofing because of past work and trust built. Overall the crew did an excellent job and if I needed anything, I spoke to the crew boss or called Steve directly and was taken care of. Yes, they have a crew where only 1 person speaks English but that is how it is with all of the roofing companies, I verified this (thanks Obama/Biden!). Bottom line is you deal with the owner of the company who has 26 years of back breaking experience, most roofing companies you deal with a corporate sales person-not the owner. I plan to use Holland Roofing again for the vinyl siding I need to replace in the near future too.“
