Went in Saturday 8/13/2025 with a nose piece missing on my glasses.
They replaced both at no charge.
So thankful excellent service.
I will return for glasses and eye exams.

Calling to make an appointment was easy! However the Eye Exam center is separate from the Vision Center. Vivian is who answered and she kindly provided me the number to make an appointment. They took my information over the phone and set me up for an exam within the same day.
I just wanted to say that if that was the "Worst experience" the previous commenter has ever had, then she's led a pretty sheltered life... ;) I have always had great service here.
