I just purchased a 2013 jeep wrangler! And the experience was absolutely a first for me and for Jose! To say that my experience was amazing is an understatement!!! First let me start with… I get to the lot.. go to test drive the jeep!! I get hit head on by someone who was not paying attention (asleep at the wheel ) thank god nobody was hurt!!! I called Jose and had to explain 🤦♀️ he was there within minutes! I told him I still wanted the jeep! Needless to say, 35 minutes in the heat later we finally leave the scene, head back to the lot. Get all the paperwork completed! And I still got my jeep!!! Best car lot I have ever been able to work with!!!
Extraordinary experience buying from Veci’s!!! And I’d found two other instances of the exact car configuration I wanted, for sale elsewhere in the country at the same time — so I had comparisons (e.g. a Toyota dealership that tried slipping extra charges into the contract after we’d agreed on a price). Jose was extremely straightforward the entire time, even when his bank told him my cashier’s check looked completely fraudulent. I was buying from 1532 miles away. He really did treat me like family (in a good way) through all the particular details of remote car purchasing - like someone he’d want to be happy with their purchase for years to come. And he was a super-appreciated partner working through getting the bank concerns dealt with!! The car is fantastic! Veci’s is highly recommended - and I’d go out of my way to stop by and visit them, for how I was treated. I’m so happy I bought there!
