The fantastic GM was such a delightful sales man that I bought the package he offered. And I never do that. Then the next day when I was an elder millennial that couldn’t figure out my app using my stained receipt he took the time to help me work through my issue AND use the opportunity to train his crew in the moment. 10/10 Mr. G!
Tommy's is the best! They are always running specials and even host fundraisers for schools! They give a great wash and excellent customer service. I was especially impressed with Elaine today. She saw that I had an injury and offered her assistance. She made my day with her genuine kindness!
Elaine was THE best! She went above and beyond, always smiling and made sure all of my needs were taken care of and answered all of my questions. The vacuums all work great and I love the mat cleaner! I will be back and telling all my friends this is the best!!
