Tyler and Luis were amazing and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets throughout the house. Theresa in the office is so kind and helpful, she answered all my questions before and after service. I shopped around and Stanley Steemer offered the best price and convenient scheduling . A locally owned company quoted double the price of Stanley Steemer! My carpets look brand new like they did the first day I moved into my new home. You can’t go wrong with Stanley Steemer Springdale location. I highly recommend this company!! You won’t be disappointed.
Craig and Dustin were professional and considerate of my carpet, tile cleaning needs. They did a great job on explaining the process including suggestions for aftercare. They were able to give me a quote for additional work on wood floors, vent cleaning etc. Thank you!
We recently had our carpets cleaned and rugs cleaned. Craig was very professional and super helpful. I was hoping to have my rugs back before Thanksgiving (they cleaned my carpets about a week and a half before) and he mentioned that he would try his best but was completely honest how busy and how many rugs they currently were working on. I appreciate honesty so much more than overpromising. Not only did they have the rugs done by Thanksgiving but they helped with so much more! Thank you SS and especially to Craig!
