Stanley Steemer absolutely saved my rug’s life.
My dog Phoebe decided my rug was her personal emotional support toilet, and these poor technicians had to take it back three times to fully deodorize it. That rug has seen things. It has been through war.
But every single time, Stanley Steemer was patient, kind, and determined to bring it back to life. And they DID — it came back fresh, clean, and not even a little bit stinky. I genuinely didn’t think it was possible.
Their customer service was amazing, the pickup and return were smooth, and they never made me feel bad about my tiny gremlin dog’s crimes.
