Worst customer service I have ever received by owner. Trash talked only employee that ever gave me customer service. Complained that I called close to close time. Did not even know his own pricing and treated me as if I was lucky to be doing business with him.

They led me to believe a floor I had picked out was between 7 and 8 dollars a square. Foot typically but my price to purchase was going to be almost 3 dollars cheaper per foot witch ended up being 4.51 per square foot after talking to there supplier.. I found the same flooring at a few other company's even cheaper just totally lied to me period

Had them lay vinyl throughout our entire home. Within a month it was peeling up, developed foot long bubbles, and continues months later to have new long bubbles. Called them within the month, and now, over two months later still not resolved. The individual that did the estimate did come out, and after suggesting that water may have done this, we clarified that we mop with a dry mop, have not had any flooding, and the crawl space under the house is bone dry. You can also see the press board texture through the vinyl. When we got the estimate, they said they would put down a layer to smooth out any areas. The vinyl itself is fine quality, but the installation was a disaster. They have agreed to come out and repair it, replacing the floor in one room, but I have called back three times since they promised to repair it. Still not even scheduled. At this point we would be satisfied if they came out and ripped up their vinyl and gave us a refund, leaving us with bare press board floors! I realize Smith Tile just sells the product and contracts out the installers, but we wrote only one check, to Smith Tile. Until this gets resolved, I will be sharing this experience with all sites. Over three months is too long, and we have been very patient and professional. For those interested, I have the hi-resolution images as well.
