“First- Jessica is freaking phenomenal. She is always up to date on information and eager to listen and provide professional advice. I cant tell you how many nurses/doctors who shamed me for formula feeding. She asked questions, understood my situation and was helpful in providing guidance and care accordingly. I appreciate her diligence, understanding and patience with me and my husband as first time parents. I couldn't ask for a better pediatrics provider
Second- the staff is always quick and efficient. I always come into the office to find it clean and orderly (which is amazing to think about since we know kids are all over the place here). I have never seen someone on their phone or being dissmisive. I appreciate that they do their all to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
Third- As a first time parent, I have inexperience and anxiety about everything concerning my baby. It is reassuring to know I can text, not call, the office and get a message to the clinic to recieve a response quickly! If you call, you can leave a voicemail and they'll get back to you when they can but a text is so much faster and gets relayed quicker. I also appreciate that if the clinic is closed they have an after hours help line that gets you directly to a nurse at children's hospital.

Edit: I will definitely NOT be back! I just got a $170 bill for walking in, having a bandage changed, then sent on my way for an antibiotic that costed less than $10 with insurance. I was never given any indication, even after specifically asking, that I would be charged, let alone THIS much! Not a low income friendly place like I thought it would be.“
