Ozark Dermatology is a practice described as wonderful, fantastic, and highly recommended. The doctors are noted as knowledgeable, kind, patient, thorough, and efficient, with a calm and reassuring presence. They take time to explain everything clearly, ensure patients understand, answer questions, and make patients feel seen, heard, informed, and cared for without being rushed. The staff is also called amazing. The new Johnson office is described as beautiful, efficient, and so easy to get in and out of, with parking right up front. However, that specific location is noted as not very wheelchair friendly despite efforts to accommodate, with a very small waiting room and only two handicap parking spaces down from the main door. For those who are elderly or disabled, another location may be recommended during peak times. Overall, patients report being pleased and having an excellent experience for years.

Dr. Mary Susan Hilton is absolutely wonderful. She has such a calm and reassuring presence that instantly puts you at ease. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel both informed and cared for. I felt seen, heard, and never rushed. I’m so grateful to be under her care. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients.
Dr. Eric Stewart is fantastic! He's been my doctor for nearly 20yrs if not longer. He's efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He makes certain you understand the info he gives you and makes certain you have no other concerns before you leave.
However, the Johnson, AR office is not that wheelchair friendly though they move furniture to try to accommodate you in the room. The waiting room is beautiful but very small. It was highly embarrassing to go into the office there while in my wheelchair. A few people were understanding, several were not. If parking is out front, it's not so bad for elderly people. We have enjoyed using Ozark Dermatology for years and have been pleased with everyone we have seen. Our daughters have been seeing Dr. Stewart and it has been an excellent experience. He is engaged, talks directly to them, and explains plans in a way they understand. He takes time to answer their questions as well. The new location in Johnson is beautiful, efficient, and so easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend.
