We called NWA C&S Plumbing for a pipe that busted in the last freeze. The fix was in our wall- they helped guide us on the phone, came out quickly, and fixed it all in about an hour. Phillip was a great help and we are just so appreciative of his time and expertise. I would recommend them to anyone- top rate repairmen.

Got me on the schedule same day, very flexible when my schedule changed last minute — still had the leak fixed same-day. Explained what they were doing and what my options were very well. Didn’t shy away from digging out a bit of slab to get to the leak and double checked everything was fixed before heading out.

We had one plumber at the house to complete a repair. He was kind and did good work. Literally 15 minutes after he left, a different leak detection company arrived and found a major leak at our meter. That company didn’t offer repairs but asked if I had a plumber. I called C&S and they immediately scheduled two more plumbers to come fix our major leak the same day. They were understanding and efficient. I really appreciated their response as it relieved a lot of stress.
