On another note Frenchy gets a 1 star rating Frenchy in accounts office you are a very rude and certainly very unhelpful person if there was a reason not to use the hospital you would be it .
The day of my surgery started out great from the laughing and professional from the nurses in the Pre-Op station. The nurses was friendly, there was 2 older ladies that took care of me. After surgery there was some wonderful nurses on the 5th floor that took very care of me. I would recommend Northwest Medical Center-Springdale...
All of the nurses and other staff were totally awesome. My hat off to nurse Hannah Schofield and Val for being so nice and caring. They both are awesome nurses. Also All the techs that took care of me. They are very kind and they were always able to do anything I needed.
