Dr. Kempson has been my primary family doctor for years . Always listens , and takes good care of me . His nurses always do a great job on getting back to my messages or questions I may have . Front staff is okay I’ve never had any issues with them .

Great office staff. Great Doctor's and Nurses. I've been seeing Dr Wilson for a decade. The new location is kept clean and has plenty of room. While they are still short handed on the office staff, the ladies do their best to get people checked in as quickly as possible. Most delays are due to the patient not having all of the needed information or the occasional language barrier. Overall, I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes to get checked in and that was because there were four people in front of me and they only had one person checking people in. I know people get upset at that but it's not the clinics fault they get people to apply for openings.

The women at the front desk are very, very rude and I expected worse from the Dr. But he was quite the opposite Dr Kempson seemed like a very good man, willing to listen to my problems, and did everything he could to help me. It was my first visit and I'll be back to see him not the rude women at the front
