This gym includes a hot sauna, 2 floors of training equipment, all the machines and weights you would ever need, extremely friendly staff, very welcoming members, child care available, racquetball courts, large indoor pool and the nicest owner Mr. Lee all for a great price. Friendly staff, good equipment, always making improvements. Price is great! They have a swimming pool and sauna. It's in need of TLC. If you want a no nonsense place to work out, without a big dent on your budget, this is a great option.
For the price. Its the best there is. Yea there are others but those are for socializing, flurting, waisting time. This one is like golds gym but with actual results in your workouts and not stds.
