We had to come here for an urgent visit. I cannot commend the staff and doctor enough for how well and quickly they worked with us. First time visit and was thoroughly impressed with the promptness, attentiveness, and gentleness of the doctor. Front staff was also so very kind.
Broke my glasses last night. I run in to their office at 7:30 this morning and in 5 minutes they had me all fixed and I was out the door. This is the second time they have done something special for me. I love these people
This is an amazing clinic! I absolutely loved it. I had been going to Brandon Eye Clinic for 7 years. I was unhappy with a number of things so I decided to try Myers. Customer service is VERY important to me and they definitely have it. I was under the impression that I would have to pay for the appointment myself but then Dr. Myers went the extra mile to ask the ladies in the front if they could double check to see if my insurance would cover it and they did! It seemed as though he really didn't want me to have to pay it myself if I didn't have to. That is a big indicator that they genuinely care about their patients.
