I came home and the doorknob on my house was broken. I was locked out with my 4 month old and panicked! I called Mr. Lockout and he got me back into my house in less than 30 minutes from calling him! I also had re-keying the locks for the house on my To Do list but kept putting it off. Once I was safely back into my home, he replaced the door knob and rekeyed the house. Such a lifesaver for this worried mama! Highly recommend!!
Very professional, very kind, very trustworthy. Has helped me out twice at my warehouse in Springdale. Many old & outdated locks, but no challenge for this outfit. He worked very quickly, and got everything in working order. Excellent work.
My son’s girlfriend had stolen his car keys so I called Mr. Lockout and not long after Dillon arrived and in about 15 minutes I had a new key. He was very professional and even reprogrammed the car so the old key will no longer work. I will recommend them to anyone that needs this type of service in the future.
