I have known and used John for my tax help for almost 20 years. John was recommended to me by a good friend and I began using him to help me with my special tax needs, even though I live 10 hours away. I am a pastor and I needed someone who understood ministry tax issues and I found John to be very competent, but more than that, John was very personable. He has been a blessing to me by personally calling me and getting to know my family, not just do my taxes. We've been using John LaTour as our CPA almost twenty years. He is highly competent, answers the phone every single time I call (unless he's on with another client), keeps me informed, and is fantastic dealing with the IRS. You won't find a better accountant.
