My dental clinic has used James for years. Our system operates very smoothly. We have 11stations in office and remote access. We run our practice management software, email, phones and imaging on this system. It is HIPPA compliant and secure. We seldom have glitches, but who doesn’t? If we do, he and his staff are on it in a timely and efficient manner. We love our lease option where our hardware is replaced every 3 years and service calls are included in the lease.
