Having not even looked at the services on their website before I came and expecting to spend a few hundred, I allowed them to guide me. I only later looked back at the website to see whether they had chosen the most expensive thing, and they had. As a sales person myself, I often don’t push the highest menu item for first time buyers in an effort to meet them where they are and allow them to warm up to us. I do wish as a customer I was treated the same when I go to buy something. I also bought a product that I LOVED and repurchased for 2/3 the price online than what I spent at Juliette.I canceled my next appointment when I extended my travel plans and I’m still deciding whether I’d like to return or try some place new.“
